“I made a contract with these companies, and after a month of their first visit, the outside walls of the house were full of insects. I called them to inspect and treat the insect, but the receptionist concludes that they were ladybug and did not send anyone, without even seeing or knowing the insect. For the second visit, I asked them that I wanted to speak to the fumigator, so I requested that they call me before passing. They appeared when I was not at the house without warning, without calling. When I complain; apparently, they understand that because you make a contract with them, they can appear unannounced on your property and work on it. Right now, I wanted to cancel with them, but they said they could not because I had to pay $ 90 which was less than their next visit. I gave them a chance, this time I saw the person I explained why he was so frustrated with the company, the young man wanted to keep our business. A day after the visit, spiders and ants appeared in the kitchen. I call them to reschedule a visit. We managed to make an appointment from 3pm to 5pm. The boy called at 6pm; he was on his way and ask him to reschedule the appointment. Because I canceled the appointment, now they ask me to pay $ 75 for a re-work. I complain and request to speak to a manager. I never received a call, instead I received an invoice for a cancellation fee. When I called back and this time I spoke to a manager and complained about the cancellation fee, it was like talking to a wall, at the end she says; you pay or we will take your account to a collection agency and hang up the phone. Clearly, you do not need a company like this.”
