“Don’t even deserve one star. Called to make appointment and had to wait a week to make an appointment as they were busy. Made our appointment -which they had to cancel for personal reasons. Made a annother appointment for a week later (today) at 9:15. They called at 9:30 and couldn’t come due to “supply issues”. Made for later today at 3:45. No call/ no show. I called at 4:12 to leave message. Nothing. Called at 4:47 to tell them “don’t bother to come”. Melissa very nice on phone each time she called and apologetic. Still didn’t get them out here. I am really disappointed as they had great reviews and are a local business to support. **Note: the technician just called NOW?! At 5:23!! I said No. I’m done!”
