“Do yourselves a favor and find a reputed company for your wildlife removal needs. I called on 8/28 to have a snake removed from my basement, and the woman I talked to quoted me $100 for them to come out and take a look, and if they found it and removed it, it would be $350. The guy that came out here looked around my house, said he didn't see it, but charged me $350 anyway. When I told him what the woman on the phone quoted me, he said "That's what Chris told me to charge." I was really pissed. I called the woman and told her what happened, and she said she would call me back. I have not received a call back, and my email has gone unanswered as well. I would report them to the BBB but they don't seem to have a business license in Maryland. I have also called my credit card company to dispute the charge, and hopefully I will get my money back for services that were not performed. Awful service. 100% SCAM. Stay away.”

“Don't know about wildlife removal, but David was wonderfully responsive, and re-assuring, in identifying a snakeskin I found on my roof. Yes, it was another harmless rat snake. This man knows his stuff, and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him for help with any living critters hanging out where they shouldn't be. Great resource!”
