“If I could give this company a zero rating I definitely would. Not only was the technician from cooks pest control was disrespectful but so was corporate office. They not only would not fix the mistake. But the technician and corporate disrespect my wife but they belittled her they talked down to her and then talked over her and they would not allow my wife to talk. This is a company who DOES NOT family morals but they think it's okay to disrespect the female clients especially the clients who r disabled. And my family WILL NOT be using them ever again.”

“Very disappointed in service and follow up. I was told I told termites but something felt off so contacted 3 other companies including Terminix, a local company, and Orkin. 2 came out the afternoon after Cooks and found zero termites and the other came out 3 days later and followed up. While they all found moisture issues and recommended encapsulation and mold removal none found termites. When I emailed Cooks and explained my concerns I got a call from office and got some lame excuse about tech probably disturbed termite nest and they moved but how would it be possible that they were now where else? Even having encapsulation done almost month later no signs of termites. i strongly recommend getting second opinions before dealing with Cooks who then had nerve to send me bill for early cancellation fee”

He was very professional, very friendly, and happy to help with the issue I was having. He even informed me of another issue he saw, that I didn't realize I had, giving suggestions on ways to combat it. Quick to let me know if I had any other issues to give him a call and he would come back out. I would highly recommend Mr. Spence for your pest control issues. Overall, we have been happy with Cook's as our pest control service over the last year and a half.”
