“We have used Southeastern Control for over a year now. The technicians have always been friendly and helpful when they come to our home. Today I was informed by the manager I was being dropped from their service pretty much because I needed to check my calendar at the end of the day. The manager stated to me that he was not being rude, but had tried to contact me 3 times. I informed him I was dealing with a death of a parent and I have been out of pocket. When I clarified with him I would check my calendar when I got home he hung up on me. I called back to speak to management and he said he was the manager. I was taken back for a member of management to behave in such a way. I wanted the owners information. He began to speak over me, and then stated to me my service was being canceled and hung up. This was not the first time the manager has been rude. That is fine it is canceled, but I hope the OWNER is aware of how he has behaved to THIS customer. The owners need friendly and understanding people running their business. Whether or not if he had contacted me 3 or 13 times, his behavior was very unprofessional.”
