“Well, I was told that the tech would fill in any potential entry gaps “smaller than a man’s fist” that bugs might get past (I have a Barndominium that was serviced) That didn’t happen. Additionally, I had specifically asked for a 4:30 appointment so that I could be home. The tech showed up around 2pm and I lost over two hours of work because of that. So am I happy? Not really. Tech was very nice but the service was anything but what was promised. Please do better!”
