“tldr: this company sucks Terrible company. Do not use them. I used them in Nashville. Technician did not even try to do his job. Would get text that he was supposed to come the following day and he would show up days later. They charged me 380 dollars to set up for treating moles. He did not catch one mole the entire month that he first came out and then after the first month he would only show up once a month for so called maintenance. How can you call it maintenance if you didn't catch anything to start with? We let this go on for five months. They set a few traps for a while, but not catch anything and when there was no activity they would come every month and do no traps or machines and charge me 75 a month. When I asked can we skip this month since there is no activity they had a hissy fit and were like well yeah, we have to come to maintain to keep them away. Even though they were not doing anything and had not caught one mole. He only did the machine once when I finally said that something else needs to be done. They claim that they were doing mole repellent on these so called maintenance visits. We hadn't had any activity in awhile and I got the invoice that said they he had came and it had said that he had sprayed repellent on the exterior of my house. I went into my yard that month to rake my leaves and my whole yard was collapsing with brand new mole tunnels. So, the story there is he did spray my house and just ignored all the brand new mole holes without setting up traps, or he did not in fact spray my house. You take one foot on my yard and you fall in. The ENTIRE front yard is full of new holes, that you can't easily see, because there were leaves, but if you were walking on it, you would have known. Which according to the invoice he sprayed around my house. When we called the company and informed them of what happened and we want a different person, they did not give us a new technician. They told him and I a text from him saying, "Hey Rachel I'm on my way I set some traps. I saw some tunnels last time I was out but thought they looked old." He came by set one trap by the road next to his truck and left. The next time I saw him come I don't think he even got out of his truck. I saw him sitting in his truck. I went back to work in my office and looked out the window five minutes later and he was gone. If someone had walked on my yard I would have heard the leaves rustling or something. I heard nothing, but the noise of his truck driving away. Technician Keifer didn't even seem like he cared about what he was doing. When he first started coming he would come to the door and tell us what he had done, but when we started being unhappy with the service he stopped coming to the door and just slinks off without talking to us. We have complained about our service to the company and the only thing they say is we give no guarantees and no refunds. So, that's a brilliant idea just not even try at a job and charge people 1200 dollars a year and not really have to fix the problem we are paying you to do. Then when they complain just say no guarantees. I can guarantee that this company sucks and nobody should use them”
