“The process started the 2nd week of April, putting a one way trap under my mobile home where I heard animals every night. The one-way door would allow what the inspection seemed to suggest were skunks to go out, but not to come back. After 5 days they would remove the trap and seal up the hole. But the noises continued on and on. I called, asking them to leave the trap in place for extra time and the very helpful office staff agreed. Long story short, a month later my son did some yard work and in pulling away ivy found 2 additional holes! He plugged them up and the nightly visitors stopped. Since the men working in my area never left me a local number, I called the main office in GA and they said they would have someone call me. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL. Not concerned as the problem seemed resolved. My son came out again few days ago, and the trap was still there! Called GA again, very kind woman named Sydney said she would contact employee in my area to come out, remove the trap and seal up the one hole out of 3 they had found. This service cost me $1700. The office staff are wonderful, the guys in the field, abysmal. I’m glad I didn’t get the service where they trapped and removed the critters, the poor things would have died a horrible, neglected death.”

“I tried to hire this company to help me get rid of a skunk that is living under my shed. First call: set an appointment for the next day 12-2pm, no one shows up or calls so I call them back and they say they will have someone call me. No calls, no emails nothing. Second day: I call them again because no one got back to me, again we will have someone call. Finally 4 hours later I get a call saying they could did not have anyone available to come do the inspection and estimate and that they would send a proposal and put me on the cancellation list but because they won’t be able to get to me for 3-4 weeks. I get the proposal and for a 1 week trap set they wanted $1289!!!!! Needless to say I am not going to be using this business. I wasted 2days of my life. I’m not sure how they stay in business. I did call another company their rate was $295. Don’t waste your time.”
