This is outrageous and when I refused to pay Cindy Tainter threatened to put it on our credit report. Totally unacceptable and I’m still NOT paying for a service that was never agreed too. Terrible and and unethical!”

“My wife and I recently purchased a house in Cleveland Alabama. A Stark employee stopped by to talk to me about services. I gave him my information and told him to email me a pricing list to review. I got the email from Cindy Tainter. The next morning I was woke up by another salesperson. Again I told him my wife and I would review the pricing email. The next day I received a bill for $260? I emailed Cindy and told her I never hired Stark, nor will I ever and to remove the charge. She emailed me back and said she would get the bill removed, but, of course she lied and today 5-24-25 I received the same bill. Their pushy sales tactics and illegal billing is ridiculous. After looking them up on the BBB, I found that they are not accredited with the BBB! I never hired Stark, asked them for any of their service's, nor did they do anything on my property. I guess I will have to take them to court since they continue to send this bogus bill. It should be noted that the previous owners of our home used Stark. Buyer beware when you buy a home they had serviced, they will try to force you to hire them. I did not hire them.”

If a treatment doesn't work sufficiently, they come back out and retreat. Stark uses products that are safe for our pets and that have been effective in keeping our home bug-free.”
