“BEWARE. This company has the worse customer service I've ever encountered. 2 No shows on a "guarantee service". At least 3 no return calls.I'm assuming guarantee service for bat control is not profitable. Or I'm guessing they think if they ignore us, we'll stop calling. I'm only forced to give them 1 star because the receptionist was so nice.BEWARE!!”

“Friday, Found a hive in the tree behind my house. The size of a small football. Called Dennis the Mennis the next day. The nice person on the phone said they could be at my house between 12 & 3 PM Monday. A very nice man came at 1:30 i showed him the hive. ( I forgot his name) He said black faced hornets. He got a ladder put on a bee suit sprayed the hive & got rid of them. Thank you so much for the great service with such short notice.”
