“I’m giving this review here because John in branch 07 is horrible. He’s so rude to his technicians and office employees. Everyone that services my place always looks like they don’t want to be there. Until I ask them what’s wrong. Please get a new manager . They say he’s only nice when corporate is around but after they leave he’s back to being a smart mouth. So sad that they have to go through this. It’ll bring down the performance level bad. I’m so glad I canceled . I don’t even appreciate John. Can’t even hear him on the phone nor does he wants to speak with customers . I would ask the employees and they’ll tell you.”

“Fantastic company. They get the job done. They are light years ahead of Orkin, who is absolutely terrible. Orchid service has went down the tube significantly. Dewey is the replacement and is now today what organ used to be. If you have pest control issues, go with Dewey. Don’t waste your time with anybody else. These guys are great.”
