“Sorry. I thought they were going to be good. Hoping they’d be a great local partner. However, that was not the case. I was surprised when they didn’t go in the attic or crawl space to service the property. That is an additional charge?? What? Don’t rodents usually live in attics and crawl spaces. Ok. Went along with it. Kept trying. No results. After poor service, I terminated them. Hired a new company and the abatement work they said that was complete was not. New vendor found several access points to the property. The real kicker…after I terminated them, they gave me a mystery charge on my credit card for a visit that never happened. Would not use them again.”

“I am writing an updated review for Mills Pest Management, which I continue to highly recommend for anyone dealing with a rodent issue. As they eradicated a huge problem with rats several years ago, I immediately called Mills when one of my traps captured a rodent last week in our attic. Alise, who handles all their calls, quickly set a time for someone to come out and address the problem. The following day, despite temperatures in the 100s, Dillon arrived right on time, quickly suited up, and crawled around our hot attic until he found a very small opening used by the rat; which we were then able to close. All in all, it is comforting to know that Mills has the professional expertise to quickly resolve any problem concerning rodents. For anyone dealing with a rat issue, Mills Pest Management should be the first place they call.”
