“Brian is professional in the service he provides. If he will be late, he lets us know, but that has happened rarely. He accepts our directions about where we want him to spray and where we do not want him to spray. He always--always!--advises us to contact him if any critter evidence should materialize. He is thorough, so that never happens. One anecdote supports his knowledge of his business. Several years ago we were plagued with fruit flies. He showed me how to clean out the drain in the kitchen sink and how to put on the counter a partially enclosed container of red wine. The fruit flies, fans of red wine, could get in but they could not get back out. We have had no sightings of fruit flies ever since. Yay!”
