“Tim and his team are amazing to work with. We used them for pest control when we lived in Des Moines for years, and when we purchased a farm and moved to south central Iowa, we knew it would be a challenge to get the same level of service. After some failed attempts with other companies, I happened to reach out to Iowa Pest & Termite and Tim advised that they actually had some clients in the area and would be willing to drive a little further southeast to service us. Living in the country, we knew we would have to live with all the different bugs and spiders and rodents, but they have done an amazing job at assessing the area and with various treatments to make sure the nature stays OUTSIDE and our inside remains pest free!! We love Carl!! He is amazing. He takes his time - he is thorough and does not cut corners. He has thoughtful treatment plans that considers our layouts, any upcoming events we have planned at the farm, as well as our various free range animals and livestock dogs and barn cats.
