“We love spidexx pest control. They are great about setting up upcoming appointments to spray our home and if needed, requesting off-cycle servicing has been easy peasy. Their friendly customer phone rep was supper helpful and took the time to address our concerns about setting up appointments and when their techs would arrive. All of the techs they've sent to spray our home over the last 4 years are amazing and great to work with. The last one that sprayed our home was a tech named Tim. Before leaving the property, Tim ensure their services provided met our expectations as always. He gave us information about the products used, specifically information on if and when it would be safe for our kids and our dog to be in the areas that were treated and who to contact if we had concerns. Since it had been raining lately, Tim set up a follow-up appointment for us to treat the exterior of our home.
