“These guys are wonderful. Our initial consult was with Tyce, who explained things so well and answered our many questions patiently and in a way that made sense to us. He spoke quite a bit about how great a family company Dodsen is to work for - you don’t hear that ever day! Zach also spoke very positively about the company and found issues that other companies had missed and even gave us some options to save us money. Another day, he spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me to troubleshoot some other issues I’d been having with our older quirky house. I basically got a nice little personalized tele-class on air flow in crawlspaces . He explained things in such an accessible, easy-to-understand way that had me feeling like “we got this!” by the end of the call. Kyle, the office manager, was responsive, patient and empathetic and got me in touch with Zach right away when I thought we had an issue (we didn’t…turns out we just hadn’t followed up on something Zach recommended we do 🙃) I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
