“Can’t get ahold of the company. We got an invoice in the mail for $125 contract renewal despite us telling them we did not want to renew. We also have it on video of us discussing it with the gentleman who came to our property before they mailed the invoice. Have been trying to call ever since and have not gotten a response. There was nothing sent in the mail prior to them coming out, and when they did they asked us if we wanted to renew and have our yearly inspection where they walk around the house and tell us we have no bugs.. we politely declined. He got back in his car, sat there for 10 min and then left. And now an invoice for it? Would really appreciate a call back before this gets escalated.”
