“I don't like to leave a bad review for a local company but here's what happened: We signed up for quarterly treatments. First one went great then after four months - nothing. We had to call and they said the tech left. That's fine but why wasn't someone else assigned? They were booked for another month. So at month five of our quarterly treatments they call to cancel on the day of and said we'd have to call to reschedule for a third time. We've tried everything to do business with them but they just don't want it so we're giving up and calling someone else.”
