“I called Dugwell after a neighbor recommended them. I heard some scratching in my ceiling and suspected unwelcome visitors. I was put on their schedule and asked to be placed on their cancelation list. I received a call from Jesse within a few hours, and he arrived shortly after, much to my relief. After he took a look in my rafters, he diagnosed mice as my problem. He placed poison bait at my request. He also identified where they were gaining entry to the house. He stuffed iron wool into the small opening in the garage. I caulked the outside opening around the hvac connection the following morning. I've retrieved one dead mouse so far. No more noises in the ceiling. Reasonably priced. There is no pressure to sign an expensive contract. Professional service. I recommend this business. Hopefully, the mouse problem is fixed. But I know who to call if I ever have another problem in the future. Thank you, Dugwell and Jesse!”
