“After getting a service contract for ants, within two weeks, I was hit for ANOTHER service for mosquitos. It didn't work AT ALL. So I called to cancel the EXPENSIVE add on and just keep the ant control. These A-Holes flat refused to cancel my service. Made me talk to two managers who repeated the same crap over and over and over. "Let me give you a $40 discount" "let's just give you a free service this week" finally I said drop my mosquito contract NOW or drop all my accounts. Nope, they still played games. I had a recording going and DEMANDED that the manager acknowledge that I was trying to cancel my service and he was refusing. Only after the fact that he found out I was recording him, did he begrudgingly cancel my accounts. I even told him, "you send your crew out to my property, and I will hold them under gun until the police arrive, is that the games you want to play with me?" These guys are punks and the service sucks. I still have ants ALL OVER THE PLACE. Good luck with these A-Holes because they will sign you up but you aren't ever leaving. Like the Hotel California”
