“We live on a 10 acre estate in Wilsonville and needed help with mice entering our air bnb guest cottage. I've used steel wool and other remedies with possible holes etc. I also used Western Exterminator with little help to solve the mice issue entering our guest cottage. My parents used Barrier with their home in Frog Pond and they recommended Barrier. Once they arrived I had to sign a 12 month contract before they would perform any service. Once the service was completed the Tech had no recommendation on how to fix the mice issue. He had no recommendation on how the mice were getting into the Cottage and only assumed "maybe its from the roof". I asked "if it is the roof, what can I do" response "I have no idea, maybe call a roofing company". I air bnb my guest cottage and I'm left trying to solve this issue myself and I'm out $225 for zero service and help. Barrier's main goal is to have you sign a contract to ensure you have a monthly subscription service for spray insect help and provide zero help with anything complicated. Not recommended.”

“I have been a Barrier Pest Control client for years (out of Sherwood) . Daisy has been my qtly to go person most regularly. Kudos to Barrier and even moreso. Daisy!! Have RARELY needed a callback for a critter concerns; they respond to my calls in a timely manner. They r flexible if my scheduled appointment needs adjustment and the price I pay qtly has never gone up since I made the initial call! Also, if a callback has been needed, I pay nothing extra! Once again 'kudos' to Barrier and Daisy!! The best of all.. those critters r kept at bay!! YAY!! Another perk.. if another comes on board with them and they use my name, a treatment is free!.. Plus staff friendly and accommodating.. Plus Plus... pet friendly! Update.. Daisy here again for varmet control!! She checked attic and crawl space and treated as required! She filled the bait stations and this was a callback visit (colder temps bring unwelcomed visitors)so no charge visit! Really am grateful for Barrier and Daisy.. my go to pest controller!!”
