“We have been with Barrier for many years now and have consistently had good service with them. I will admit that some technicians are more knowledgeable and customer service oriented than others, but you are going to get that with anyone. We have had some very good ones who will do everything they can to help, Ron was with them for many years and was one such example who regularly came to our home. Today we had David A. come out and he was great. I am hoping that he will be a regular on our route. Barrier as a company has always been good to come out whenever we call between regular services, no matter the issue. We have lived in the city and in the country in several homes over the time we have contracted with them and in all situations they have been fantastic dealing with bee nests inside walls, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, yellow jacket infestations, to any number of other issues. They are a company that can be trusted to do what they promise and have reasonable rates.”
