Not only did Sam at Prime Pest Solutions answer my call (no other service even called me back), he talked me through my concerns, offered solutions, had Brandon the office manager call me within 15 minutes and Brandon had the technician, Montana, at my house the very next morning. Montana was a true professional, arriving on time, wearing booties though my house, inspecting the exterior, finding the originating event (a decaying animal in a window well), then he removed the remains, treated the window well, treated the carpets, and offered advice. Remember how service providers used to be? Back in the day? When it all worked out and you felt good about the service? This is it.”
