“My service guy was on time, polite and professional however he was not able to find what the scratching noise in the wall is , very frustrating. I do however appreciate that he didn't try to scare me and sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need. We have audio of the scratching sound now. We're not crazy. I'm having them come out one more time , they say their policy is to not get on the roof which seems odd , things can get in through the roof . They are supposed to call me back , I've been speaking to someone through their contact email and nobody from the company has called me today, I've been waiting three hours and counting. The guy today was polite, thorough and professional, went in the attic etc . David is five stars all the way.”
