“Don’t waste your time. You may as well just buy your own cockroach bait. First two visits were a sloppy 2-3 minute squirt at my baseboards which of course didn’t stop the rampant cockroach problem. Then I scheduled a fumigation. The guy who came the visit before said I could expect them to come at about the same time (2pm). The following week, they come at 12pm and tell me they never tell a customer when they’ll come because they’re not sure. Well I work from home and have pets so I am scrambling to clear out my cabinets so he has time for the spray. I kid you not. I was downstairs in my car working off my laptop and am not exaggerating when I say it took him all of 3min to fumigate. Maybe 5 if I’m generous.. not sure how that solves a cockroach problem? Well, it doesn’t. I worked the rest of the day at a cafe with my birds and came back to spend another 2hrs wiping down the apartment. And the cockroaches only come on harder. So I told the apartment complex about it and they said “it takes time.” A week later, the guy shows up for another fumigation. Well I’m totally not ready for one and wasn’t expecting one and say so. And he says sometimes it takes a few times to fumigate and then they’ll be back “next Monday.” Well this time I’ve finally spent the morning clearing out my cupboards and preparing my pets so we can get in and out at 12pm or whenever they decide to show up… and they don’t. It’s extremely unprofessional to assume that working professionals can just up and clear their entire apartment on a work day for you to maybe show up or not and spend 3min fumigating the apartment with whatever cheap products you’re using that leaves a sheen behind and requires us to clean up after your mess. And to do it again “a few more times”?! No thank you. I’ve had better luck using gel bait than the sloppy service I’ve received. Either don’t waste your time with this “elite” company and buy your own bait or go with another that has consistent good reviews.”
