“Impressed at how knowledgeable Jean is regarding pest and wild life control and how attentive of all my concerns he was and very personable he was as well. He explained all my options and if he suggested something he explained in detail why and if it’s important in the process. Very personable young man and a credit to todays work force which many companies lack today. The raccoon eviction is happening today in the afternoon I’ll update as Rowland’s service continues. The raccoons just tore right through the second story soffit as the pictures I posted show and I have caught videos of the creatures as they climb up a palm tree and unto my pool screen. Jan 8, 2024 And so the work is complete and I’m raccoon free! What an amazing team Rowland has I was left very happy as they humanely got the raccoons out of my attic. Also discovered I need insulation above a bonus room Ryland homes failed to insulate properly and I know this to be true as this one room doesn’t maintain, depending on the season heat or cold like the rest of the house does. They also made every vent pest proof and created this box because the soffits were too close to the roof where the raccoons obviously entered from and had leverage on their side to open it up. They also checked all electrical wiring up there and checked to replace any damaged insulation to replace and any clean up and last but not least checked that my chimney cap was secure.
