“They don't respect a no soliciting neighborhood. An extremely rude salesman named Steve came to the door trying to sell their service. When I told him I wasn't interested and there is no soliciting in the neighborhood, he got rude and confrontational and said I needed a no soliciting sign on the door because it wasn't a blanket for the whole neighborhood. You need to train your employees to respect and obey neighborhood rules and to apologize instead of being confrontational.”
