“5 years of service with the original owner, no problems- the last 2 years after multiple complaints to the new owner and chances to fix the service...nothing back. They had a Yearly contract for my rental properties and they were suppose to spray plus refill existing bait boxes. The guy would come in a little car, no markings, walk around house and leave. I investigated more, made a complaint a few times times before canceling. Not one phone call from the owner about compensation or to make it right when I canceled the contract. This rental property has carpenter ants plus one bait box had a Mouse nest in it! The owner of this business doesn’t have the time to call you or hides. I wouldn’t trust this company other then to bill me bi -monthly for a nature walk around my property.”
