“Bad experience - contacted them about an issue with birds getting in a bathroom exhaust vent. An inspector arrived pretty quickly and was friendly and helpful, but had concerns since the vent was in a difficult to reach location (which is totally understandable). I was told I'll hear back shortly, likely an hour or two. 3 days later with no contact, I reached out Environmental Pest Control only to be told that there's a note in the system that the vent is out of reach and there's nothing they can do. Would have been nice to learn that 3 days ago so I could have gotten someone else to look into the problem sooner. Follow up: Bumping up to 3 - it seems this was a genuine mistake that I wasn't contacted, and they reached out to me directly pretty quickly after I left feedback.”
