“PMSI offered a prepay option for one whole year and we paid. But then they charged our credit card again after quarterly service. We repeatedly asked them to stop charging our card via emails and phone calls. PMSI representative promised to issue a check for duplicate charges but no check has been received. We have been reminding them to send us a check every week. But we have been receiving some vague response about the owner and his availability in the office. Cannot trust PMSI with how they handle payments.”

“I wouldn’t waste your money on these guys they came and fogged my house 4-5 times for 2 months and I was still seen a bunch of roaches then I saw on tik tok of a guy who used to be an exterminator and showed us what to use to kill them all and man within 2 weeks they were gone! Now it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t seen a ding roach! this place is a joke! I wish I saw that video before I lost my money what a joke!”
