“I’ve been a Century Termite customer for a few years now, using them for quarterly pest control, insulation replacement, and inspections—and they’ve always delivered reliable, professional service. But recently, I had an issue that truly showed just how exceptional their team is, especially technician Mike Griffith. I started noticing small bits of nesting material falling through my bathroom vent, and when I investigated, I realized there was a massive bird’s nest hidden inside. Century sent out an inspector who confirmed the nest. Mike came out and took care of it, spending at least 3-4 hour over multiple trips to clean out the massive amount of nesting material (it filled two large trash bags). Mike used every tool he had to carefully remove it all and thoroughly sanitize the area. But what really stood out was that he noticed saw that the original vent tubing had been chewed up by the birds, which is why the debris was also leaking into the drywall. Without being asked, he came back and installed a brand-new vent tube to make sure the problem wouldn’t happen again. Mike went above and beyond, not just treating the issue but fixing the root cause. That kind of thoroughness is something I truly appreciate. Century Termite has always had great service—inspectors come out any time I have a concern—but Mike’s level of dedication and professionalism really stood out. I can’t recommend him or the company highly enough.”
