“We had Moxie for almost 4 years. We decided to get the treatment for termites about 3 years ago for a few thousand, which they failed to told us that they had to come out every year to inspect their baits stations for an additional $350. Today we had our annual inspection and the technician only spent 9 minutes in my property which we have at least 16 baits stations around the house. This absolutely unacceptable for the amount of money they charge. Make sure you definitely take that into consideration if you do plan on going with them.”

“I had moxie for about two years. They had a few great workers but they would always schedule their own appointments. They had suggested that we get their termite protection that they come out and do. (We have more historical trees near us.). We purchased it and it was a few thousand. They failed to inform us prior that in order to keep it outside they have to come every year and you have to pay an additional $300 every year. If it’s not paid they will come out and take it out. So definitely take that into consideration if you do plan on going with them”
