“I cannot and will not give this Company a Rating at all. They are a Fraud. They did not live up to their Contract. I had to file a complaint on them with the Better Business Bureau. They did not do the Work they promised by Contract. When I reached out to them to explain I was having problems because of their Negligence, they said they said they could nor help me. They sent someone to look at the problem and they never came back to fix their error. They dismissed me saying I wasn't with their Company anymore. So why did they send someone out in the first place. They knew they were wrong and they did not want to fix the problem. That's how they operate. I had to pay another Company to do their work. They are extremely unprofessional. If you don't want to lose your money, DO MOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. SENATE PEST AND TERMITE CONTROL. If you don't believe me check with the Better Business Burrau. I really don't want to give the one Star, I had to in order to do this post.”

“IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO SELL YOUR HOME PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! Please read this review!!! IF YOU ARE GOING THROUGH A QUICK MILITARY MOVE, STAY AWAY!!!!! I used the Virginia Beach location company and they made me selling my home way harder than it needed to be. YES, THE PEST CONTROL COMPANY! Back in December 2024 I paid them over $2,200 to put new barrier paper down in my crawl space, seal the crawl space, and seal up my attic. The workers came and spent a whole day “doing the work”. March rolls around and it is time to sell my home and upon the home inspection the inspectors found that the crawlspace was not only NOT sealed up, but there wasn’t even barrier paper down for the whole crawlspace, only for about 200 sq feet of the area. When I called them back and provided proof they gaslit me for being irritable about the wasted money and asked, “Do you want to continue to be mad or get this done?” And NOT ONCE apologized. This was after saying they tried calling me back to finish the job. But I have SIGNED PAPERWORK saying they were finished with every trying IN DECEMBER and they couldn’t show me proof that they tried calling or things weren’t finished. It took them coming out THREE TIMES for what should’ve been done in December to get done. Not only that, they also were PAID to do my termite and moisture inspection. Mike (the inspector) told me everything was good and he would have the paperwork to me by the end of the day. Not only did it take me over 1-2 weeks to get the paperwork I paid for, but on the same inspection mold was found in the crawlspace that they said was good. Told me they would treat it and then doubled back and said it didn’t need to be treated. I got the termite and moisture inspection done by them again and it STILL was a major delay in getting paperwork back. This all caused a huge delay in the selling of my house and almost ran off the buyers. I even have a recording of Mike (the inspector) saying that things were not completed correctly in the crawlspace by the company. I was so close to suing these people and would have won with all of the pictures, videos, and documents I had as evidence. My realtor has put them on a list of companies to not work with. KEEP AWAY!!!!!!”
