“Home Paramount Manassas, VA. is the worst! In May 2020 we had a fox den under our deck we didn't know about until I found 3 dead kits. The mother had taken a squirrel under the deck and abandoned the den when the kits were killed.We hired Home Paramount to remove the dead squirrel under our deck and to install a barrier wall so the fox couldn't return. Everything was fine until March 2024 when I found a half eaten kit in the flower bed and investigated further. A fox dug out the barrier wall on one end of the house that wasn't installed deep enough and we found an area on the other end of the house where there was no wall at all! Mike came out and promised to fix the problem at no charge. We paid $400.00 for a trap to make sure the fox was gone. I didn't want to kill the fox and wanted to make sure the mother and kits were gone. Trap set on June 17, 2024. Trap was never inspected, food is gone (probably a chipmunk), trap still set. I have logged all my calls to Paramount. With nothing but, empty promises. During one call I asked to speak to an owner and was told the owner doesn't take phone calls! Wow, really!! Any negative reviews you read on Yelp are true! Today is July 10, 2024 , I am still waiting for my return phone call from July 1. The only reason this business has one star is because it would't let me post my review. It should be a negative red star! Definitely not a gold star!”
