“I've been using Green Pest Services for a little over a year. I waited this long to leave a review for two reasons: 1. I wanted to see if the treatment was actually effective 2. I wanted to see if any positive changes would be short term or long term I'm happy to say that not only was the treatment extremely effective but, it is still effective to this day. When I set up my first appointment I was very pessimistic to be honest. What we were dealing with was a full on infestation and it was maddening to deal with. I had tried two other exterminators before with literally no results. This time with Green Pest Services I was happy to have been proven wrong. It was easy to set up an appointment, their techs are always polite and courteous and I absolutely love that they send you a text with the date and time of your next treatment. I couldn't recommend them enough, especially if you were like me and had very little hope or low expectations to get rid of the pests in your home. I'm glad I chose them because they are fantastic all around.”

“It saddens me how inconsiderate and unprofessional this company turned out to be, I was genuinely hoping for a smooth and easy experience and ended up greatly disappointed. We hired them to come and spray for pests, originally they were scheduled to arrive anywhere between the time of 12-4 on a Friday, the time frame was a little big given that we would have to be available throughout those four hours but they said they would give us a courtesy call of 30 min so honestly we had no issue. Once it was 4pm and they still hadn’t arrived or given us a call prior saying they were 30 min out we called back to inquire on when we would be receiving our scheduled service. They said he would be here no later than 4:30, to which we said ok, but expressed if he showed up any later we would have to reschedule due to prior commitments we had. 4:30 came and to our disappointment he still was not here so we rescheduled for today between the time frame of 8am and 10am. Once again we were told we would get a 30 min courtesy call before they arrived so that we can get ourselves situated and out of the house for what they need to do. At 9:40am the technician knocked on our door for the service without giving us a courtesy call. Two of my roommates were still in bed since we had expected a 30 min notice so they quickly had to get dressed so that we could allow him in. We told him to give us ten minutes so we could get ready, we are three young women who don’t want a man coming into our house while we’re still in our night clothes. Three minutes after we had spoken to him on the phone saying we were just about ready and about to come to the door he pulled out of our driveway and left with no warning or notice to us. We opened the door to try and yell after him but he did not stop. We then called him and he would not answer our calls and sent them to voicemail. We called back the customer service line and expressed what happened to which they said he was waiting for 20 min(he wasn’t and I have proof on my ring camera to show he wasn’t) and he had another appointment to go to and we can reschedule for later in the day. We had already worked out our schedules for this rescheduling so to have the technician 1. Not give us a 30 min courtesy call and 2. Leave with no warning to us is greatly frustrating. There is a very apparent double standard that they can be over 30 min late to my appointment but then when they fail to give me my 30 min courtesy call and I take 10 min to get out of my house they all of the sudden turn into punctual people who have no consideration for the situations they have put others in nor for my time or my scheduling. It is evident they don't have the same level of integrity as we have for them. As someone who works a full time job, do not hire them because they will not take you or your time into consideration.”
