“I'm hoping someone sees this review and can save themselves a headache as well. Someone came to my door to solicit services, which should have been a dead giveaway to not sign up. The rep made it seem like it would be an easy cancellation process and never once stated what an early termination would be. I guess it's my fault for trusting the word of the salesperson but to save you some searching it is $275. They don't call it a cancellation fee, but just a payback from the "discount" from the initial treatment so please be aware of that when they use that terminology. They will downplay it and never say what this number is when you are signing up and will force you to sift through the fine print while holding their tablet to sign. What's amazing is that after a year of service with many treatments, the cancellation was still $275 with no pro-ration or consideration of a years worth of service. I cancelled because I watch outdoor camera footage around my house and the treatment was a joke for $175 per treatment and just didn't seem worth it. They also give you a reminder of your service 2 days before the actual service date giving you no time to cancel if you want to. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT sign up for service, no matter how much the representative makes it sound hassle free, because in the end it won't be. After hearing what the cancellation was I figured I would rather pay it than give this company any more money on future services.”
