“I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the work by Pest Now--dealing with a front yard rodent infestation at an inherited property. The technician (Alan) went all around the house and exterior shed blocking potential entry points and setting bait stations. He wasn't at all put off by the somewhat scary conditions in the shed. He removed cobwebs all around the house and sprayed the entire foundation to protect against other pests too. The initial treatment includes a free 2-week follow up and then we'll go on a quarterly treatment which is very reasonably priced.”

“Pest Now does not have good business ethics. For the last two quarters, they have been sending techs to my house for servicing yet I had no clue they were servicing my property. Since being a customer with them from 2018, they always contact me first but this time around, no texts, no emails, no calls and no slips left at the door saying the property has been serviced (at least out of courtesy!). Needless to say, they sent the unpaid bill to a credit agency supposedly because I haven't paid... This is how I found out about this whole issue. This is NOT an honest business.”
