“Edit: I would like to update this I got a call from management explaining that they sent out a new technician who should have been supervised still. In talking to them it sounded like an honest mistake. In the end they made it up to us by providing a full refund. Very friendly customer service even when dealing with a frustrated client. They seem like a genuine mom and pop business. This makes me happy as they provide service for the rest of our neighborhood. I called them for a mouse problem. They wanted to set up a monthly plan and didn’t even offer the estimate for a one time inspection until I asked during final payment. Their technician that came never gave an estimate time of arrival. When he got here the guy spent all of 10 minutes putting down 30 dollars worth of traps I could have bought from Home Depot. After he was done I had to call the company for his notes. Then I had an actual professional come out who pointed out how the technician used the wrong traps and pointed out several points of entry that the technician from this company missed.”
