“A definite lack of integrity experienced with this company. I recently purchased a home and had them perform a termite inspection prior to closing. A negative report - so smooth sailing from here, right? WRONG!!! Closed on the house and noticed a questionable area. Opened up the wall and Lo and behold: TERMITES throughout the bathroom, kitchen and joists! The first thing they did was look through our file and found out we did not sign a waiver! Next thing was to offer us a refund of $49! We declined! The head termite inspector, Anthony Fair, came out to inspect and took pictures of the termite damage that was found and posted them on our account! He assured us that he would inform the owners of the company and they were prepared to “do the right thing”! That was last week: I guess the “right thing” for this company is to cut bait and run! Texts go unanswered, phone calls are not returned! Finally, today my son, was told they were NOT responsible for the incorrect report and/or the termites! Is this the way you’d want to be treated as a customer/potential home owner trying to ensure your house or prospective house was safe and secure??? Certainly not!!! If these are your pest control inspectors/exterminators, I’d certainly question their integrity and find someone else !”
