“I didn’t actually use them for service, but my interaction with SPRK was so great that it warrants a 5-star review. I called to schedule service to get rid of a honeycomb nest under my deck. The kind lady I spoke to told me that this would be very easy to resolve on my own, and that she didn’t want me to waste money having them come out unnecessarily. She assured me that the pests aren’t aggressive, and she told me how to get rid of the nest myself. She answered my questions, and after speaking with her, I felt confident that I could do this on my own. She was right! I took care of this issue without having to pay for service.
