“This place is suppose to be a pest control company. What a joke. They wouldn’t spray for wasps. They say it’s against federal law. However last year they sprayed for wasps. So which is it. Is it against federal law or not, By the way it is not against federal law to kill wasps. The only thing when killing Wasps you have to use approved pesticides to kill wasps. They are a pest company they should have these approved pesticides. They are lazy and do a half assed job. You have to watch them like a hawk to make sure you get what you’re paying for. Which by the way is very expensive and overpriced. They came by our home and said they treated the exterior when no one was home. I called them and told them they had not. We have cameras. The cameras show them showing up at the front door. Then leaving five minutes later. They didn’t do anything. Called them to come back and do the job right including the inside. They came back and wanted to argue about doing the outside. They finally did both after arguing with them. We have never had the same technician twice. Their turn over rate is very high. They can’t keep employees what does that tell you. We have had them for over five years it is a constant battle to get them to do the job right. We are fed up, we are dropping this piss poor company. All they want is your money and not to do their job.”
