“They came to my property on their own will, and we turned them away because we were remodeling our kitchen. Now we are in December and they trying to charge me for service we never received nor we never scheduled for their services ? and I'm still waiting to hear back from a manager which Im starting to believe they will never call me back. My advice will be to stay away from them!!!”

“I was happy with a company that was bought out by EnviroPest. The original company was amazing at keeping the pests at bay but EnviroPest on the other hand seems to be attracting pests to my property. I have pests on my property I haven’t seen in years and this was after EnviroPest supposedly treated. I’m incredibly unhappy and frustrated. When I called to express my concerns, Monica spoke over me the entire call and refused to transfer me to a supervisor. Quality and customer service is disgraceful.”

“Signed contract with company and then it was bought out by Enviro Pest billing was a mess I was not happy with the transition but got it straightened out. Did not see any technicians for several months. Complained and then a tech showed up spent 10 mins. On the property and 30 mins in the vehicle. Complained again got excuses and empty promises. After 4 months of no service and my bill went up to 58 dollars a month (Contract was 55 a month contacted customer service they explained that they have the right to increase te price even though I have a contract. So all payments have been stopped by me and 2 months later they send an email that I missed a payment after I talked with customer service. This company is a mess and does not have any control over the contracts or customer care. I will continue to complain about this company until they can personally contact me and clear up their mess of breaching a contract in so many ways.”
