“They helped us with a difficult pest problem which no other company was able to properly deal with. They practice real IPM and don't lie about it like most other pest companies. Customer service is great, even during this very busy time of year. It sometimes took them a day or 2 to get back to me, but they always called me back eventually when I called with concerns.
