“Love Family Bees Eco-Friendly Removal. Everyone else we spoke to was just a total hassle to schedule, or they wanted way too much money. Have used others before-- but these guys were great value, and very on top of customer service. We needed a new bee hive removed that was inside a retaining wall, and near the backdoor of the house. Was in a bad spot. The hive was only about a month or two old. Talked to Mercedes in the office and she sent out a tech for a estimate the next day. She called to confirm the day of as well. The tech was so awesome! Very professional, just a really nice guy, you can tell he cared about his job. It was refreshing. He did a great job explaining the process. We went ahead and approved the work right then and there--the job took only about an hour, it was very well done with care for the bees and our property. Would recommend them to anyone!! Update: 2024. So we have had the bees come back, while we sealed off the area but it was compromised due to rain and the bees setup shop but thankfully we saw them move in. It’s just in a very bad spot for us otherwise we would leave them Bee. Haha. So we Called Eco bees. Office was lovely as always and the crew came out in 2 days, they remembered us and were super nice. They didn’t even charge us because it was with it a warranty period!?!? Legends. Highly recommend.”
