“First off, let it be known that Fenix rewards customers for leaving positive reviews of their technicians by offering a discount combined with a tip for that technician. While the company seems relatively decent, the Omaha office is my only experience. Shane is great, that guy knows how to communicate and problem solve. The office, however, doesn’t share those same qualities. There’s a severe lack of communication between the office and customer, and office and technician. Multiple times I was told by the office that certain tasks would be completed on a specific date, only to find out the technicians had no idea about completing that task. I’ve used these guys for a year now and it’s not cheap, therefore, it’s not worth it. I honestly regret signing that contract. Their solution for a couple mice in the winter ended up being to install bait/poison stations. Something I easily could have done myself. I was under the impression they were going to help identify points of entry. The ONLY person who legitimately attempted to help was Shane. Everyone else preferred to check the boxes and move on. I was also told that a specific tech would be dispatched on a specific date on two occasions, and both times it was a completely separate tech. The lack of communication in the company is honestly alarming and the root of this review. It’s not that I necessarily don’t recommend Fenix, it’s just that I wish I had known this before hiring them for a year. I definitely would not have signed that contract.”

“Calvin M was very professional. He performed outside and inside pest control, was very prompt and efficient. We have used Fenix Pest for three years and have been pleased with the service. We have a yearly contract and they come at least four times a year. They will come out more often if needed. We would recommend Fenix to any friend looking for a "bug guy". Also after chatting with Calvin we found out the company lets the employees off between Christmas and the New Year. Very thoughtful for holiday and school breaks when families would need care.”
