“Our apartment has a cockroach infestation. They said they are doing weekly treatments yet they never come to my unit 50% of the time. I know this because I am home on the days that they come. When you do come and spray, the roaches stay away. We have expressed many times that we need it treated every single week because we are moving. When they do come and spray, they don’t spray everywhere like we ask. Now we are 5 days away from moving and our unit has not been treated for the past 2 weeks. As I’m packing, I’m finding cockroaches everywhere. I called 4 days ago, left a voicemail, and our apartment has also contacted you guys and no one has gotten back to us. It is extremely frustrating as we have been dealing with this issue for the last 3 months. We pay a monthly pest control fee to our apartment and nothing is being done. I find it hard to believe that there are 5 star customer service reviews when no one can return my calls???”
