“I signed up for the 18 months of service in August 2024. My contract ends Feb 2026. Robert was just here today performing my final treatment. I have to say overall I have been pleased with Flex. They resolved the pest issues I was having originally. They have even treated the property again on a few occasions when I wasn't pleased. So far they have been a good company. I read some of the previous comments and I am concerned about how difficult it will be for me to end service in February. The decision is strictly financial and has no bearing on the service. I am pleased with the service. I simply can no longer afford it. The $50 fee needs to be used to pay my POA dues going forward. I am hopeful for a positive end to my contract in February. If needed, I will post an update later.”
