They also apparently updated their payment system without notifying customers so instead of our normal auto draft that has been going on for a year, they stopped charging me and then sent a massive bill to the wrong email. “Pros: Friendly and professional staff, both in customer service and in the field. Appointments were always on time, and communication around scheduling was reliable. Cons: Unfortunately, my overall experience with West Lawn Care over the past year was disappointing. First, pricing. I was given an estimate over the phone, but ended up being charged more than the quoted amount - no clear explanation was provided. Second, and more importantly, the results. I clearly showed the lawn technician the areas affected by wild onion and explicitly stated that this was my main concern. After a full year of service, the wild onion problem not only remained but actually worsened. When I later reviewed the treatment plan that was used, it became clear that the products applied did not specifically target wild onion. I’m honestly surprised by the high ratings this company has. They may be effective for routine lawn care or common weeds, but in my case, the specific issue I hired them to address was not resolved.”
