“When we bought our home, the previous owner had some termite issues. They used Serfco to remedy the issue and maintained an annual termite policy with them, so we chose to continue with the policy with them. A few days ago, we were having new windows installed and when the installers removed one of the old windows, they found termite damage to some of the window framing. As far as we could tell, it looked like the damage was old and limited to that area around the window but to be safe, I called Serfco. I explained the issue to them over the phone. Serfco went out of their way to dispatch a technician immediately while the wall was open so they could check. Unfortunately, I can't remember the technicians name, but he arrived ahead of the time I was told he would be at our house. He professionally checked the area and agreed that the damage appeared to be old and limited to just around the window frame with no new activity. To be safe, he applied more chemicals to that area just in case there was new activity starting. If you need pest control services, call Serfco and they will take care of your needs.”
