“I meant to write this review over a year ago. My story goes like this. One spring I had fertilized my lawn just before hiring this company. Lawn was doing great except I still had some stubborn weeds so I decided to contract them to treat my lawn. They did a good job with the weeds and I was happy until one day the tech came and sprayed the lawn. Immediately the blades of grass looked shiny and started to bend over. Shortly there after the grass started to die. I complained and they sent the tech out who then spayed my lawn again with the same product after I told him what happened after the last application. It is no secret that my lawn got worst. I called again to complain and this time they send out someone who is the owner or manager. Instead of them honoring their policy and fixing my lawn, this person blames it away as my lawn has a disease. I was so upset that I fired this company on the spot and took matters in my own hands. I dethatched the dead grass, fertilized my lawn and was able to correct their damage. Now my lawn is beautiful again. So you know, I hired this company mostly because they said that they would fix any damage caused by them which is a lie. I also recommended this company to two of my neighbors who ended up having the exact same thing happen to them and the company blamed away on disease. Be careful when choosing them because if they mess up your lawn they will not take any responsibility for it. Fair warning to all.”
