“Hello, I have been receiving lawn service from one of the big names who shall remain nameless for almost 7 years now. In those 7 years we have seen little to no improvement in the health of our lawn or the weed control. When we expressed our concerns we were offered nothing more than excuses. Land Shark was at my neighbors house and one of the Supervisors, Edwin Hernandez, was there and spoke to me and told me that if I was ever interested in getting an estimate to please call Land Shark, they would love the opportunity. With no improvement my wife and I decide it was time to make change in providers and Land Shark was at my neighbors house. I called the number on the truck. I left a vm for them yesterday and Steven Pouliot the owner promptly called me back same day. Came out right away gave me an honest assessment and provide me with with what in my opinion a very fair quote. Steve was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things which is a nice change in this day and age for customer service. Edwin was out first things this morning right on time. Introduced himself and provided his card and then proceeded to treat our yard. Just my first interaction and service but so far I am impressed with the level of customer service and follow through. If you are looking give these folks a chance.”
