“Arrow Environmental Service (formerly Miller) was been contracted to perform lawn pest control on my lawn for more than 2 years. At first they did a great job in getting rid of weeds including crabgrass and bugs. In summary, the lawn looked great and we were very satisfied. Then the service changed hands to Arrow. Since then crabgrass, other weeds, yellowing and thin patches in the lawn have gone unchecked. Last year I had to excavate and replace 200 sq ft of sod due to crabgrass. I spoke with their technician about 6 months ago and he mentioned that Arrow does not treat crabgrass but I could treat it myself with baking soda. I could only assume that Arrow does not have access to baking soda. Just this last month I again had to replace another 200 sq ft of sod due to crab grass. Each time I replace the sod it costs me $300.00 for the sod only. I do the work myself so I have no estimate for labor but would assume it would be about $300.00. I pay Arrow $70.00 each time you perform a treatment and I still had to pay $600.00 to replace sod because they were ineffective. As a result, I am very dissatisfied with Arrow and feel they owe me for the replacement sod expenses. I mentioned this to them in a call on 8/5 and the gentleman on the phone said a manager would call me to discuss how they could rectify the situation. I have not heard from them.”
